TomTom ONE-S Edition Auto GPS with Spoken Street Names

my husband and i are on a road trip from minnesota to destin florida. well on our way to destin our rv was acting funny, we knew it was the transmission. so we looked up points of interest on the gps, and it gave us service stations in the area. long story short we got it fixed. we were staying at campgrounds there and back and the gps pulled up campgrounds on our route. without the gps we would have never had an easy time finding some of the great campgrounds we stayed at. and i love the voice navigation when she tells you to turn, she knows where we are at all times. we love it.

I'm not familiar with side streets when there is road construction or if I'm in a different part of town. This GPS speaks the street names and how far ahead to turn so you don't have to look down at the map. It has saved me alot of gas and time because it charts the quickest route for you. I like the screen size. Its easy to read day or night but the best part is having it tell you how far to go to what street and when to turn. Easy to set up and update. I Love It.

Wow it is so easy to use just plug in a go. The price was right. We are so happy with our purchase. It is packed will lots of options like speaking the street names, finding local attractions and so much more. We are so happy we went with this Tom-Tom and not a cheaper model. Highly recommended.

"Wished' I would have purchased this along time ago!! If you want street names on this model you must pick a "computor voice", If you read your manual first and update on your computor often you'll find it has all kinds of goodies, This model comes with a car charger, but I have a car with a drive gear next to my seat and when it's in park the charger is difficult to get in to the outlet, so I brought an optional AC wall adapter, so I didn't have to charge it on my computor, Now I always know where I'm going, how far it is before I leave and appx. when I'll get there!! This is great and I'm "Very Pleased" with this Model, and feel like for me, this Model has all I need, compared to the more expensive models. All my friends are considering this Model. (And It Always Knows) where you are and how to get you home!!

Works much quicker than my old GPS. I like the text to speech. The only thing I don't like is the W/S suctioncup. It pops off the dash mount disk while driving. It does hold on the windshield fine. The 3D display is the best i've seen. I use this everyday for work.
