Torani Butter Pecan Syrup

This really tastes nothing like butter pecan. If you are looking for a replacement for the seasonal flavor at DD, this isn't it. I'm giving two stars in case the problem has to do with my coffee not meshing well with this flavor. I do not taste any butter pecan. I do taste a creamy, chocolatey, perfumey taste. I'm super disappointed but I still like other Torani syrups.

Made the creamer using the websites recipe. Flavor was lost in the cream so made another batch and doubled the syrup.. better but not great. Made it more sweet but flavor was lacking. Have tried with two different flavored syrups with the same results. Sad as we were wanting an alternative to store bought creamers and have the availability of always finding what we wanted if we made our own.Probably won't be buying again.

Honestly, I've tried in the past it was frivolous purchases as far as I'm concerned. The other Butter pecan syrups left an absolute chemical taste. Or an extremely bitter Leftover taste on my palate. However this is not the case. No second-guessing no wondering if it's worth it from a personal food snob: " It's absolutely fantastic".
