Every morning for 20+ yrs straight I have used Torani carmel in my caramel mocha lattes. I reordered case of 12 750 ml's and quickly noticed very different smell and taste, nothing like I had smelled or tasted for 20 yrs. Called Torani and discovered I ordered "Caramel" instead of "Classic Caramel." They were exceptional in getting the right "Classic" Caramel shipped out and sent lable for me to print to send wrong, very different tasting "Carmel" back. Absolutely love the "Classic" Carmel!!
