This is exactly what I wanted! Was looking to make a peppermint mocha coffee and when used with a chocolate sauce it tastes just like a peppermint patty! It is my son's favorite coffee flavoring of all the Torani's we have (and we have many!) He forbids me to use it so it can always be there for him, but I remind him we can get more! We use this product in our coffee. It adds a nice seasonal touch to a cup of coffee no matter the blend, it would be great in tea or hot cocoa on a cold winter day. I don't know why it took me so long to get around to trying this flavor -- it's great! I put two pumps of SF chocolate and a little splash of SF peppermint in my coffee, add a little nondairy creamer, and top with fat-free whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa. I love this sugar free syrup! I use it in my drinks as well as many oher treats i make during the holiday season.
