Finally got an easy pour lid instead of the Pumps. Not sure which syrup came with the new lid but it is a huge improvement on my all time favorite sugar free syrup.
I think the sugar free version of this tastes better than the regular version. You can taste the caramel and it doesn't taste like it has an artificial sweetener in it. The price is competitive (much cheaper) then what you can find on Amazon. It's nice to be able to buy the larger bottles, but I wish they came with a pour spout instead of having to remove the lid.
Smells great when you open the bottle but when added to coffee there is no distinct hazelnut taste. Also artificial sweetener is somewhat bitter. Disappointed.
We make frozen healthy coffee shakes every day and add about a tablespoonful of this syrup.. Our recipe is 2 frozen bananas, 1 carton premier protein flavor of choice, 1 tray of unsweetened vanilla almond milk frozen cubes (from regular ice cube tray), the Torani syrup and 2 cups coffee in the blender. This is only 210 calories per about 36 ounces compared to 680 calories for a fast food 22 ounce frappe!!! (We like to make and use cold brew coffee) The Torani syrup just adds the right amount of sweetness.
I've really enjoyed this. Being diabetic the sugar free option is perfect and allows me to create a desert f coffee to help satisfy my late evening sweet-tooth.
