Was not damaged at all was shipped perfect box in great shape considering it came all the way from calf. got it in about 7 days or so was very easy to put together and sit up Does not have any buttons so make sure u keep the remote near by unless u have dish or directv then u can program it to that remote clear picture and sound is great I think this is used in my bedroom I wish i would have picked the next bigger size though i have the 32 inch all in all was great choice for the money and considering the 1080p and 120hz I have a toshiba laptop and this brand is very good not any problems with them

What a great picture. We mounted on the wall and it looks great. The price was unbelievable. A worthy product. It could be good enough for our main living room.

Toshiba TV has very good clarity, definition and resolution, distinct color separation and saturation. Images are very good even on antenna reception. Very good television.

I was a little bit concerned with how striped patterns seemed fuzzy and distorted and after TV is put on stand TV seemed a little unsteady. Price was good and sound is good but picture quality was left to be somewhat less than what I expected.

Volume setting could be better.3/4 of the way up when u start to hear it .
