Tracfone SAMSUNG 336C, 1GB Black - Prepaid Smartphone

This is the best phone I have ever had including a Blackberry and many other phones. The volume is clear and it goes high if needed. It is very simple to use. It has internet, texting and many other features. It is very inexpensive to use and no contracts. And you can buy it at Walmart!

This phone was a replacement for an older LG that couldn't be charged anymore. Activation took 2 days, tried online first, directed to phone, waited my 2 days, called again and in a few minutes, it was done. No problems, just the wait. Phone so far is working well, newer features are nice, especially like the voice help and the larger letters and numbers. Will know more after a couple months.

this phone is good. with tracfone, I had to call customer service in order to activate this phone. I had trouble understanding customer service, so I took my phone to Walmart customer service and they got it activated. now it seems to work well. I will see how easy it is to load more airtime into the phone when the time comes for more airtime. seems to be a good phone

transferred my current phone number to this new phone as per tracfone website instructions. have waited two days for phone activation and am still waiting. tech support via customer service telephone number has not resolved issue. information on tracfone website is misleading. it says your to-be-deactivated old tracfone will remain operational until your new tracfone with same phone number is activated. in my case my old phone was deactivated almost immediately after i completed the process on-line. bottom line: i have been without phone service for two days and counting

My previous phone kept coming on in my purse when the power button bumped up against something. I like the flip phone because that can't happen anymore. I don't text frequently and I don't need a smart phone so this phone meets my needs at a lower cost than other service providers offer.
