Tracfone Samsung S380c Plus 60 Minute Ai

got this as a replacement phone from tracfone as my lg had issues great phone not much to complain about with it complaints are text is limited to 160 characters as with my previous phone that could send longer text, also with text theres no option not to save texts sent so need to delete them as well there seems to be no games or apps on tracfone site, the browser can be a pain at times minor issues but that's really all that I have problems with gripe wise

Had to return the phone only because the CDMA Service didnot work in my area.

Love the larger screen & better resolution as compared to my LG 500g. The signal from Verizon is as good as the LG since I live in a fringe area (outskirts of town). With triple minutes, I'm happy. Voice commands & Verizon coverage are what made me switch. My LG works fine in my area (AT&T), but I had no coverage on the eastern side of the state. MP3 sounds clear and loud, camera ok. My main use is texting & voice calls. I rarely use the internet except at home or on my Kindle when away. I've read that texting is .3 min. each which I like. The browser uses way more min. than older models. My text alerts work fine. Under Message menu, go down to #7 Msg Settings. There select General. Scroll down to #6 Message Alerts. My default setting was Off but I switched it to Once. They also offer every 2 min. or every 15 min. Hope that helps. No Games were preloaded, guess they want you to buy from them. For a refurbished phone, this 380c looks in good condition. Just hope the battery was new too.

So far the phone has been good. I got the phone for my daughter to use for emergencies. Its convenient for quick calls and texting. You can not really have long conversations on this type of prepaid service but its good for every now and then use.

Light weight phone. Horrible quality camera. Great for a child's first phone
