Tracfone Unimax 671C, 4GB Black - Prepaid Smartphone

Since 1 star is the lowest rating that I can give,Ill give it a one star..At least the phone has not bitten me or tried to talk me into commuting acts o f violence. If you are thinking of getting this phone? STOP!!! Unless its for someone that you loathe,stay away from this thing..Seriously? NO phone is better than this one..It gives one a sense of false security,like,maybe in an emergency? It might work? Um,no..First of all,it takes a full 3 minutes to turn on,after hitting the 'on' button..Then? You can't get on the internet..You can however get messages from Facebook,{altho you can't recover them at will} they will just keep ringing on and on till ALL of the FB messages have rung into your presence..This is a horrible waste of 20 bucks. As soon as I get another phone? I am going to run over this thing repeatedly with my lawn mower..Nothing has ever frustrated me more that this...thing..Gah!!!!!

I bought this phone because the salesperson talked it up so much. Got it home, charged it, did the upgrade. Than the first time I used it the battery lasted about 2-3 hrs. Thought I didn't charge long enough. Charged it again. Full battery, went about my day went to use it and battery was almost dead AGAIN!!! Also the phone gets hot. I'm so disappointed, I've ALWAYS used TracFone and I like everything else about phone but can't even use it without having to charge it every 2 hrs. Don't waste your money...

Bought this as a first smartphone. I realize that for $50 I wasn't getting top of the line. I just wanted basic, usable Android phone. I'm usually at work or home with wifi, so don't want to spend big money on phones or contracts. Let me say this phone is has POOR performance. Apps locking up frequently. HORRIBLE lag. Press icon, count to 5 for a response.... What finally made me return this was battery life. Unplug at 6:30 AM, by 1:00PM it's dead. No, it's not roaming for signal. Has 2 bars in my office. Nope, not playing with it. Just sitting on my desk. This went on for several days. Called tracfone (of course call center in India and can't understand operator). Call center so loud, I could hear dozens of people talking in background, but could barely hear the person speaking to me. After 15 minutes of waiting for him to get "tools to help me" (computer crashed?) I finally hung up on him. Come on!!!! Called back next day. Same situation, except the person told me they would send me new batter. Battery came in 4-5 days. Swapped it out. Same as before. Phone won't make it one day. Took it back for refund the next day.. Wal-Mart was great in taking it back with no hassle. Bought LG Power (online) for only $20 more than this phone. It's 10X the phone. FAST response, bigger screen. And after all day, using it a good 3-4 hours, I still have 70% of battery. That's more like it. This phone is a waste of money.

Bought this phone about a month ago and sorry i did. Touch screen does weird things keyboard touch is off. When phone rings screen is blank and when you turn phone on it drops the call. when you go to contacts soon as you touch screen it calls random people. Very unpredictable when you touch screen. Now woke up this morning and the screen has a ink line in it. Waiting on new LG to come in mail so i can give this phone a good stomping.

I've had my phone about two months and it started shutting down at times in the first month. Some apps would stop working and restart, but that's from the apps stores I think? It now will not read all of my SD card info. My PC shows that the info is there when the phone is sync or connected. I'll seek some tech help now that it's in the phone and not just maybe the app stores.
