Only reason for the poor rating is because they sent the wrong phone with the wrong serial number to my mom and she had to take it out to Walmart and exchange it for the right one.

Cant make photos larger, not much memory for text messages and text messages come in as multiple pages instead of one large message. It is average but not worth the price if you want features. The alarm clock only has room or 3 alarms to be set with limited options to the settings.

I bought this phone and i like it, easy to use and really like the key pad.... I had to return it only because Verizon was the carrier and i need AT&T in my area. Would highly recommend this phone!

I needed a cell phone for what it actually is - a telephone! I chose this particular model because it was offered at a decent price, it utilizes the Verizon Wireless Network exclusively (which affords me excellent, reliable coverage), it has a slide out QWERTY keyboard with raised keys which makes it a breeze to use when texting or sending photo messages, and the minimal 1.2 megapixels camera offers surprisingly clear and crisp quality photos. The Internet browser has its limitations since it is not a full html Android powered device, but it is still useful for other web services and comes in handy for accessing my web based email account, getting the winning lottery numbers, local weather reports, and the like. The phone has other built in features that are surprisingly impressive yet easy to use: An alarm clock, a brightly colored calendar with reminder alerts, a currency converter, a stop watch, a tip calculater, and a host of other useful gadgets. It's a basic yet well featured phone and definitely at a bargan price!

I Like this phone for the full keyboard. With the occasional drops it suffers it seems to last a year then needs to be replaced. I am on my 3rd phone but was dissapointed I could nolonger find it in my local Walmart, only available on the website. The only thing I dont like is you cant enlarge your pictures or save your contacts to the memory card. Good phone for the money.
