TracFone ZTE Z Five 2 4G LTE Prepaid Smartphone

This phone is worthless unless you want a phone and camera with a lot of picture capacity. Has only enough capacity for 4 or 5 apps and then it is difficult or impossible to update. Can't put apps on the SD card. Not worth buying.

At first it worked ok, but slowly it went down hill to the point that it is no longer a functioning phone and I am left looking for a replacement. Had the phone for approx. 6 months until it died. Worst smart phone experience ever.

If you get this phone, I hope you never need more then 8gb for space. The external storage option is worhless as you can't move any applications to that location. Why? Because Tracfone disabled the option

First attempt at buying a smartphone. It came loaded with a lot of apps that I can't uninstall and there is no space to add apps that I want. I very much dislike the appfinder since I am not able to add any apps they offer. Will make do for now but will pay more attention next time I look for a phone.

I bought this at the Wal-Mart store. The store clerk could not get my old trac phone to transfer to the new phone and said it could take up to 24 hours. I brought it home and checked and it said that it was not pairing up. I then tried to check on my old phone and it said the SIM was not registered so I could not use it either. (I have about a year and about 249 minutes that would not transfer correctly). Now I got nothing. I called the support number for trac phone. WORSE THAN YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE! One of the several people started telling me that he was now going to a anounce the winners of Wheel of Fourtune. I said I didn't know why he was telling me that, and he said "Don't you know we are live on Wheel of Fortune? He kept telling me stuff like this then someone else got on the phone speaking in another language, and I told him that I didn't understand him. Then he started speaking in, more or less, English. Supposedly, they are sending a new SIM card and an email and that I should call back when I get it.
