Tramontina 8-Piece Nonstick Cookware Set, Black

I had previously purchased an individual Tramontina 2 quart covered sauce pan and a large covered pan from the Christmas Tree Shop at a great price. They were heavy duty, were great to cook with and I was impressed that they were made in the U.S.A. Though the on-line picture looked like the same type, these are of a lighter quality. The non-stick coating also seems a lot lighter. I checked in the store at the next higher priced set but they were the same. For the price, I decided to keep them anyway. Have used them several times and they do cook well and clean up easily. Because of the lighter weight, however, they do slide on the burner a bit so more caution must be taken. Using plastic utensils is a must.

THIS POT SET IS AN EXCELLENT VALUE FOR ANYONE. I HAVE PAID MORE FOR 1 PAN. IT'S JUST RIGHT FOR THE NEWLY WED OR SENIOR COUPLES, ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT WITH LIMITED CABINETS. COOKS EVENLY, NO PROBLEMS TO REPORT.

I know that buying pots and pans can get pretty pricy and for my first apartment I decided to look on Walmart.com for some holiday bundle sales. That is when I found this great deal. The pots and pans are really durable, dont scratch, and distribute the heat really well. I love them. They also have a really nice modern look with the black and steel. Great choice for me and my needs.

Great Drurabilty, Overall Design Great, And Overall Size.

Everything about the pots and pans except some of the handles were loose and could not be tightened.
