Only used it once but so far it works great for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very versatile. I got 2 operation manuals and no assembly manual so thankfully it is pretty basic. You must lower front end to use on level surfaces but otherwise very easy to use

I bought a Troy-Bilt csv-060 shredder vac through Walmart's app. The description showed my purchase to be new, in a box with a 2 year warranty. When I received shipment of my purchase it was in a wooden crate, not a new box, it had no instructions with it and it had been used because the bag had grass and leaves in it and it was very dusty. I had to purchase oil to put in it also. So I had to figure out how to assemble it and get it started and working properly. It does run and works fine so far. The Walmart app should state when any item is open box or used, it did not. This mistake can lead to unhappy customers by being seemingly deceptive. Walmart, shame on you and or the vendors you deal with!

I ordered this item 9/24/23 on Walmart online and at that time the order was delayed, so I assume it was not shipped. Got USPS priority instruction about shipping issues I just went through with another company similar to their instruction, which was a nightmare. So I cancelled order on 10/4/23, via Walmart.com. I never received this item. It was charged to my credit card. I asked Walmart and the company early on to cancel the item, but they shipped it anyways. It seems to be lost somewhere in Estes Shipping Terminal. Customers should be aware when ordering large equipment or any item from an outside vendor, to take note there will be a charge by the pound of the item if you need to return the item. You will not get instruction about this until you place the order of the item and a USPS priority letter will be sent to you regarding that information. By that time the item has already been shipped out and you are stuck with the item or pay by the pound to return item.
