My mom bought this headset for me as a Christmas present, and within two weeks of the purchase, the extendable plastic that holds the ear pieces snapped - this happened on both sides. The headset is now unusable. I tried super-gluing the plastic back together, but it's incredibly difficult to do. Another thing that really bothered me, but I put up with because the headset was simply so expensive, was the static. I have my router on my desk which I believe interfered with the headset's wireless transmission, so I'd randomly hear static while listening to music or watching a video. I'm hoping that I can trade this headset in.
