Ou tech seemed like he was in a hurry. It was 6pm when he arrived and he had his wife in the car with him. Hence the rush. Our tv was never synced to our Comcast remote. Paying to have our cable service connected and it was not done correctly. Our Comcast remote does not work our tv. I had to secure the wiring behind the tv because it was not done properly. We feel that the money we were charged was well in access of the service we received. This was not the service we expected.
Tom did a good job, but the work was not completed. We had a 2-part job, paying extra for installing a second blu-ray player. He never got to that and he couldn't complete the first installation because equipment was missing. We need him to come back to finish the job right after July 13.
Michael was awesome from start to finish. We had multiple issues with our cable tv Set ups and he was knowledgeable with not only the connection issues but also in having to deal with cox communication by phone. We would highly recommend him! Thank you Michael for making what was a frustrating situation into a pleasant one! We now have cable tv service for the first time in nearly a month!!
ech did not have a face mask or shoe covers.He was unable to get my surround sound system working and was unable to get my sound bar operational. He went out to get an optical cable that he said would allow the soundbar to work but it still wouldn't work after he installed it. He did not present a professional appearance and did not seem to have the skills necessary to complete the work.
Richard Fox was very polite and personable. He made sure I could do all the tasks that he showed me on my printer and computer. He went over and beyond what he was scheduled for. I am totally illiterate when it comes to computers. He taught me things I never knew about computers and never questioned my lack of skills and always praised me ...I will definitely request him when I have to call Hello Tech again.
