I love it. It is unflavored, yet it tastes good. I’m so glad it doesn’t have to be refrigerated. I forget to take cod liver oil when it’s in the refrigerator.

Love this oil! Even though it is unflavored, it has a light taste that is unoffensive to me. I take it after my mid-day meal to insure I have an animal source of Vitamin A and D included in my diet, which is mostly plant-based.

I don't like the aluminum seal because it is too hard to remove without leaving some there with potential to seep into the product. Would like a more easily removable seal. Thank you.

I think this is the best quality cod liver oil for the price. My only recommendation is refrigerate it!!! I had several bottles go bad within a couple of weeks before I figured out that I should be putting it in the fridge. Plus it highly improves it's flavor when it's cold :)

I saw on TV a famous doctor praising the many benefits of cod liver oil. I have been taking it, with great results, for several months now. I was running out of it and went to my local healthfood store and noticed that their cheapest brand cost twice as much as the Swanson price! Needless to say, from now on I am going to make sure I order it from Swanson before I run out of it. Oh! And the quality is excellent.
