This is definitely a go to for other babies and young children in my household the effectiveness that this is really really good. The packaging has been the same throughout the years. The dosage are clear on the packaging. I haven't ran into them having an expiration or smell so I definitely recommend this.

Would use this for my niece and she would take the medicine real quick with the flavor as well. I like how they have a syringe which makes it easy for babies to take. After taking it she'd feel better and wasn't fussy after several minutes worked well and it's affordable.
