I really like these They seem to give a better night's sleep. Once in awhile you get weird dreams. These don't make you very groggy in the morning.

It has non-harmful ingredients, is highly effective, relaxes the body and helps you sleep, has high durability, and the price and packaging are good.

I dont use this anymore but when I did, it worked okay. It helped with pain or headaches but always left my extremely groggy the following morning

These work really well when I need help with pain and sleep. The price isn't too expensive. There is no smell to it love the blue and red packaging.

Tylenol PM has definitely helped me sleep through some painful nights but now I have higher than usual liver serum enzymes. Definitely not an everyday medication. I wish you all could come up with a daily dose for sleep that is not harmful to the liver.
