The Zeno Mini Treatment Tip Cartridge is programmed with a specific number of treatment cycles, indicated by the number inscribed on the cartridge. Once the treatment cycles have been exhausted, the Treatment Tip must be replaced. Read the Zeno Mini Product Manual Completely. To Remove the Tip Cartridge: First ensure that Zeno Mini is powered off. Hold Zeno Mini upright in one hand and pull the Tip Cartridge up and off the Zeno Mini with the other hand. Take care to pull firmly and directly upward to avoid damaging the connector pins on your Zeno Mini. The Zeno Mini Treatment Tip once exhausted has no value; please properly dispose of the exhausted Tip Cartridge. To Attach a New Tip Cartridge: We recommend that you place Zeno Mini on a flat surface and hold it upright in one hand with the buttons facing you. Holding the replacement cartridge in the other hand, align the cartridge so that the grooves align with the ridges on Zeno Mini. Press the cartridge straight down onto Zeno Mini, taking care to press firmly and directly down to avoid damaging the cartridge connector or internal connections on Zeno Mini. Do not force!
