Upon connecting the power wires. Both positive and negative wires overheated and melted. Very unsatisfied customer.

I've only used it once, but it met my needs. I used it to pull a car up my driveway, which has a 15% incline. It seemed to be working hard, but it got the job done.

I bought this to help me move a shed by dragging it. I cannot imagine the shed weighs two and a half tons. The winch could not pull the shed.
