This is my third time buying this dispenser because each time it leaks. Have tried several of the recommended "fixes" and still does not work. I cannot even keep it in my fridge anymore because the water leakage is so much that is fills the bottom of my fridge and causes the fridge to leak.

Bought in mid February and spigot began leaking. Have the same pitcher now for six years with no issues. Tried emptying and removing and reinstalling spigot and still leaks. So disappointed, was enjoying have both the larger item along with the pitcher to increase my water intake.

We drink water ALL DAY! We used to use the pitcher but we were constantly filling it. This one we can refill every night and it's good for the day, unless it's ice cube making day, lol! Has it's own space designated in the fridge and we LOVE IT. I now use the pitcher container to refill through the top so it's super easy!

I love going to the fridge and getting water from my Brita dispenser. I have difficulty drinking water from the tap. Brita makes my tap water so pleasure to drink. I don't buy bottled water and I don't buy or drink sugary drink. My brita water supply all thirst and and liquid requirement for my body.
