the warm mist is not warm enough the package came with a little dent but it was still working so i kept it. the insides were all in disarray posibly due to shipment and kinda greasy which i wasnt sure if that was normal. the mist is good it is normally quiet it has auto off when empty and timer there was no guide as to how to use the humidity level well. i have used it daily for about 3 weeks now and have yet to clean it. no filters which is good. i do not see any molds growing as well. tank is big. i refill it every 2-3 days.

Great humidifier for keeping the mold off of your ceilings, walls, etc. that other warm mist humidifiers can cause. I like the fact that you can see the water vapor as it exits this humidfier. The moving nozzle makes it easy to direct the vapor away from walls. This unit has more settings (mist control, hot mist vs cool, humidity level, etc) than I'll ever use, but nice to know that they are there if I ever need to adjust them if I have to move to a different room. My only complaint is that the large tank is awkward to fill because of the weight of the water. It would be perfect if there were two smaller tanks versus the one large tank. Overall, I'd buy again in a second!

I was disappointed with this product. The directions were minimal and did not clearly show how to assemble all the pieces. The directions did state that only distilled water should be used, which would make opperation rather expensive. I returned the humidifier without even trying it.

After struggling last winter with my 1 year old sons severe eczema and no help from at least 5 different doctors, I decided to try this when it came back full force this winter. I keep it running in his room all the time and it really seems to help a lot. It was the best price I could find on anything even close and I am completely satisfied! It does say it is empty sometimes when there is just under 1/3 of the tank left, but it isn't a big deal. I just pick the tank up and put it back down and it starts again.

I purchased thie humidifier to help with my sinuses. The one I had before died on me, probably for using it so much and I had it for a while. The humidfier I had before actually boiled the water then released the steam and it also warmed my room. However with this product, you can feel the warm mist coming out at the spout but bu the time the warm mist hits the air its cold. This was disapointing to me. Overall this items does will minus the warm mist. The steam comes out strong.
