Under Armour Women's Solid Tech V-Neck Shirt Carbon XL

The fit was good. While this shirt is thicker than some shirts offered at women's active wear stores, the fabric is too transparent for my comfort. In the color black, I can see through it if I hold it up, etc. I was trying to replace the 2012 & 2014 version (style 1228321) which was sold with a similar name and was perfect for me. I was not able to judge the performance because I am afraid to wear it.

I have lots of the UA Tech V-Neck. I recently ordered a couple more in white and found they are much, much thinner than in previous years. Sheer! Very disappointing. I have worn and washed a previously purchased (2013) UA Tech V-Neck shirt and it is nowhere near as sheer as the one I just received. I wanted to call it "cr*p", but according to UA that's inappropriate language.

I bought this t-shirt to wear to work and was surprised to find out that it was transparent. When it's 25 degrees Celsius or over who wants to wear a camisole under a t-shirt? This t-shirt was not what I expected and nowhere in the description did it say that it was transparent!

I love the old style tech v necks better. They had the raglan sleeves and were semi- fitted. No I have go down a whole size to get it to fit like my old shirts. The shoulder seams are to short and rub. It's just not as comfortable as the old style. Also a larger variety of colors would help. Now you have to try it on first to make sure it's not to sheer. Some are and some aren't. This was never a problem with the old style.

I've always loved UA's tees and I own several, such as the wordmark and graphic tees. This tee is great for its simplicity but the V is too deep in my opinion. The old V-necks were just right, it gave off enough femininity without showing too much skin. I don't think I'll get another of these tees as it shows off too much in my opinion and it's hard to perform any exercises that require bending down.
