UniFlame 5pc Black Wrought Iron Tool Set with Ball Handles

This product is defective. It arrived with one of the brackets that holds the tools broken off. I returned it for a replacement and the 2nd set came in broken just like the first set! Very embarrassing; as this was a gift!

When this item arrived the yoke did not fit properly and wobbled a great deal. Blue Rhino promptly send a new yoke which fit properly but the long-handled broom did not fit in any of the slots. They quickly sent a third yoke which wobbled. What kind of manufacturer produces three defective yokes in a row? Obviously quality control is not strong at Blue Rhino. Then to get a refund I had to return the whole set. This was a total pain. Do not bother.

Sharp looking, heavy duty, appears to be well made; good size; assembled in 2 minutes; properly packaged, and delivered. Could not ask for more. Bought it on sale for about $43. Highly recommended, and would buy again!

Fire poker is not up to task relatively a thin piece of steel welded t0oa rod for the poker have yet to use but can guarantee this will bend and later break I do not understand why the poker was not a cast piece of solid steel like the handles

Arrived with part broken but instruction sheet gave complete and correct information for customer service from manufacturer. Received replacement broken part immediately with delightful customer service. Set is sturdy, balanced and attractive. Using it for décor so can not speak to how functional it is.
