With the Simple Slumbers I felt a difference falling asleep for sure I fell asleep quickly and was able to stay asleep all night

But after those first couple nights, I think my body adjusted and I have had the best deep sleep each night now since!!! I will definitely be getting these again.

I find it very hard to just turn off my brain and thoughts, therefore I usually spend about an hour or more tossing and turning before I'm able to fall asleep. When I received Unisom Simple Slumbers Restorative Sleep in exchange for my honest thoughts, I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try. This product is a drug-free Melatonin. It has 3mg of Melatonin and an exclusive Heat Treated Probiotic which promotes a deep restorative sleep for a better overall quality of sleep. The first night I used this sleep supplement I was shocked at how quickly I drifted off to sleep! I think it took about 30 mins and I was out like a light! I haven't slept that well in a very long time! I slept the entire night through only waking once to use the bathroom. When I awoke in the morning, I felt refreshed and ready to start my day. I am so glad I've finally found something to help me get the sleep I need,!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take some type of melatonin daily since I just can't seem to fall asleep otherwise. These unisom work great and aren't overly huge pills. I do kind of wish they were slightly smaller and had a better tasting coating. But soon after taking them, I can feel myself getting sleepier.

The product does nothing to help me sleep, and in fact, I feel like it just keeps me awake instead. I've done nothing but toss and turn and sleep in short spurts then woke up. Nothing new in my life so I can't imagine that it's related to anything but this medication.
