Shoplet was great but they no longer offered that offer and only sent me one pair. As a one time curteousy they credited my account and canceled the sale. Too bad because it was a great deal and I really wanted it. They said you need to update the offer.

I shopped Walmart.com where a pair of bookends listed at $1.99 and a set of three was $5.49. I ordered set of three, and paid shipping from vendor Circuit City. Received the shipment promptly containing ONE pair of bookends. To reach their customer service I had to go through another vendor named TigerDirect. They told me they were unaware of the way Walmart.com described a pair of bookends as set of three, so too bad. I was told I could return the item and given an authorization number to put on the return box. Not a prepaid shipping label. Took it back to post office and found it will cost me $5.85 to return it for my $5.49 refund so I'm keeping it. I learned that I will only shop Walmart.com when I can pick my item up in store and deal only with Walmart.

These bookends work great! Nothing decorative to get in the way of the books themselves. Metal is solid. Very functional at a great price. Most other places were $3.29 for the same things.

These bookends are super deal in both quality & finish. They're an excellent value at $1.99 per set. I bought 4 sets expecting a total of 12 bookends but alas there's an error in the listing. They are NOT sold in (sets of 3) as the listing says. They are sold in pairs. Retailer refunded me the shipping cost to offset the 4 missing bookends that I was expecting.

These bookends are not of any value, if you accidentally drop them, they bend like you threw them, if a book leans on them they bend, they are to contain the books at the end of the books and they are not strong enough to do their job, if I had known this, I would not have wasted my money buying them.
