Akindele was professional and committed to resolving my Wi-Fi connectivity problem with my Verizon router. He was thorough in his troubleshooting of the problem. He also programmed my Logitech universal remote and had to troubleshoot that as well. He patiently took me through tutorial on how to use the remote. Unfortunately, the remote doesn't work as universally as it should. My Sony TV doesn't turn on or off until I hit the activity button several times. Sometimes, I have to use the Sony TV remote to turn on/off the TV. So I consider this issue unresolved.
