I wasn't paid to review this item...I did tons of research before buying, looking for the perfect jogger. Considered a BoB, though hated to spend the money. Found the Urbini and ultimately decided to purchase based on reviews. Let me say...this jogger is well made...and is beautiful in design. The color pops (I chose the blue)...and the ease of set up straight out of the box is easy enough for anyone. No tools needed. I took it out to test it with my daughter and it just glides. It's smooth with running and I was impressed with the ease of use on trails and pavement. I can't say enough good things about this stroller - especially considering the price. It's definitely a step up from any of the regular brands you see - Graco, etc. Someone mentioned the padding to be lacking. I actually think he padding is great compared to my other stroller. My daughter was super comfy! Fold up is easy with a pull tab under the seating... Not super light because of the metal frame but fits in my jeep with no issue. Love, love , love!
Maybe its just me but when I see an item that has sponsored reviews I tend to not appreciate them as much as non sponsored reviews. so Anyway here is my own review :) I am really pleased with stroller. I was on the fence about spending the money on a popular expensive jogger or this one. I am really glad I opted for this one. I love how the front wheel can change from swivel to locked and I like the cupholder that it comes with. My favorite thing about this stroller is how nicely and smoothly it pushes my 5 1/2 year old. I am so glad I saved a little cash and got this jogger.
We bought this not because it is a jogging stroller but because our child is very tall. This was the best option we could find for a tall child that was not crazy expensive. We are taking him to Disneyland for his 5th birthday and that is just too much walking for a 5 year old. He needs to ride in the stroller at least to and from the park for naps and at night. The stroller moves very smoothly even with his height 4'8" and weight 55lbs. He won't fit in it very long, but the price of the stroller was not much more than renting a stroller for a week from a local company. The cup holder is terrible and flimsy. We took that right off and have no plans to use it. The basket underneath is a generous size and easy to reach.
I bought this stroller because it's max weight was so high and it was so affordable! I thought it would be great to use for my three year while I ran. She loves to participate in 5ks with me, but on an everyday basis I thought having this stroller would be nice. I loved everything about this stroller and I was super excited to try it out! One problem. The front pulled to the right when the tire was locked and pulled to the left when unlocked. I called the manufacturer to see if we could fix the problem. I tried everything they told me to try. They even sent me out a new front tire just in case the current tire I had was malfunctioning. Unfortunately, the new tire did not solve the problem. So, it was with a heavy heart that I had to return the stroller. I would have exchanged it if the Walmart I went to had the same stroller in stock, but they did not, and I did not have time to send it back to get a new one. I would still recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable jogging stroller. My only hope is that they do not suffer from the same issue as I did.
Let's start with the good. The umbrella is very nice and large to shade my little man from the sun. The material on the stroller seems very durable as well. The bad...you have to have a pump with a small head on it in order for it to fit into the rim to blow the tire up. No matter how fast or slow or what surface you are pushing the stroller on, the front wheel wobbles making for a rough ride. When you fold the stroller the front wheel has to be locked in order for it to stand up by itself. You also cannot fit a standard diaper bag into the basket in the bottom of the stroller.
