USA Kids Insulated Hard Spout Sippy Cup - 4 pack

We first got these cups for our first daughter 3 years ago, and she did very well with them. Once she got a little older we just left the easy-sip valves off to help her learn about being careful not to spill. She still uses them for car trips! Now with our second daughter, we have bought more to use with her, and so far, they are just as great as they were 3 years ago! No leaks, and easy to clean! We've tried other brands of sippy cups, but these are the best in our opinions.

We've owned these cups for about 3 months now. I have found that the inside lids are impossible to clean without a toothbrush. Too many tight spaces. Mold is starting to grow. I'm had to throw them out.

We bought a set of these cups in store. There were no issues with the packaging or anything to indicate that the cups may be faulty, and the lids fit the cups fine, as do the inserts that supposedly make the cups "spill proof". Unfortunately these cups are anything but. No matter how careful we are with the lid, how much liquid we put inside, or how careful our toddler is with them, both cups leak profusely after the first drink. It appears that the threading on the cups allows some liquid through still. The loss of liquid isn't huge but it's enough to leave a mess that does need to be cleaned up and it's frustrating. This happens after every drink! I will give them one thing; the sippy part of the cup itself doesn't leak, so I suppose it has technically fulfilled its purpose there, but the fact that the lid on BOTH cups leaks is frustrating. I would not buy them again.

When these cups began leaking around the rim, I contacted customer service. They sent out 4 new cups that also leaked. The representative told me that the cups leaked due to small chips in the rims. He then sent 6 more cups! Great customer service. However, after about a month or so of use, the newest cups are also starting to leak. We have followed the recommendation to wash them on the top rack, and we do not treat them in such a way that we would damage the cup. I would not recommend buying these cups!

I had seen in the reviews that others had gotten the wrong item. Thought those were just one of those things. But apparently common. I got different themed cups than I ordered and it was a two pack not a four pack. I am currently in the process of returning them so I hope that goes better. Was hoping to use on vacation so paid extra for shipping. So just out the shipping because I didnt need the other items in a hurry and would have had free shipping. Bummer!!!
