Easy to use and that all the matters. When I have a business call come in I need to know that it will do the job.

I am a quick texter and the "regular" way of texting can't keep up. I use the T9word and that still has a hard time keeping up. I hate T9word. I don't want to have to search through words to find the one I want and if you don't spell it right, you putting it in one letter at a time by scrolling to the letter. This phone was great otherwise up until recently. It shuts it self off and over night you can go from 3 out of 5 bars of battery to dead. You could be in the middle of a call and it would go black. One of the worst phones I have owned. I want reliability.

I love that it isn't complicated to use. It has nice screen and great for text, nice and clear hearing calls. for the price of the phone it is a great phone and would recommend to all.

Easy to used. Very simple if you like plain. If your one that likes to text a lot, the battery power isn't that good. I throw my phone everywhere and it still haven't broke yet. Everyone in my family has this phone.

Front screen won't stay lit, have to open it to see the time. Alarm doesn't work very well, it only sometimes goes off. Half the alarms ring once & are done.... the other half will repeat. If you have any hearing problems, DO NOT GET THIS PHONE. Unless you put in the headphones, it is very difficult to hear people.
