My cat loves to lay with her head on the edge of her water bowl and this is the perfect height and doesn't tip over when she falls asleep in that position.

Cute bowls! They are bigger than the average small cat bowl, but not too big. I think that they would be good for a small dog as well. I don't consider them to be heavyweight, more of a medium weight, that is why I took off a star. However, they are in no way flimsy. See the photo to get an idea of their size. I haven't seen anything of this quality at this low of a price.

Good size for the cats. They can't tip it over. The shape seems a bit awkward but no real problem. Very easy to keep clean. Great price.

I bought these for my cats because my cats like that their whisker have plenty of room. The dish is wide and not real deep.
