This mat was terrible. The bowls slid on the mat and the mat slid in the floor (very short carpet). It did prevent spills from getting on the floor, which is good. We put the mat in the dishwasher on the lower rack and it became permanently bent (it probably should have been on the top rack but it didnt really fit). We replaced it with a silicone mat that works much better.

Exactly what we needed! We got a new Doberman puppy and he is HYPER, especially when he is eating. He would love to tip over his food and water bowls (sometimes on accident in his eating frenzy, but sometimes on purpose!). This mat helps keep his bowls mostly stable. He hasn't been able to tip the water since we started using this. He still tips his food bowl once in a while, but not even ever day. Before the mat, it was almost every time he ate. It also helps protect the floor from water splashed and food crumbs. Great value and very helpful. Would be great for cat feeding areas, too.

Smaller than I thought but does its job and is easy to clean. Only good before bowls not big enough for a water or food dispenser

I absolutely love my 3yr old cat (Maxum)! This product is great for so many reasons! First off, the price.... Amazing! This mat holds 3 medium bowls and still has room for 2-3 more. The bowls do not slip, nothing goes on the floor because of the high rim and is easy to clean! The material isn't hard, it's more like rubber and is flexible.
