This would have been a great investment; however it broke with the first hair wash. For the brief few seconds that I used it, it felt wonderful, but then the plastic tip section came apart from the actual massage section. I wouldn't buy it again. If I had my receipt, I would have returned it.

I will have one of these for life. Highly, highly recommend getting one. I've told everyone about it! I really can't recommend it enough. It's also super easy to pop the cover and add the batteries. I was kind of worried about that part but it wasn't an issue at all.

It is the next best thing when you are unable to get a salon massage. It makes my hair and scalp feel clean and my hair light and bouncy. It helps to get rid of the daily buildup that you get from using hair products. The massager fits perfectly into the palm of my hand. It is also lightweight and compact, it does not take up much space in my already small and crowded bathroom. The massager does take one double AA battery(not included). The massager does come with a tiny screwdriver(it is small enough that you can throw it in a drawer and save for next time) for your convenience of changing out the battery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this scalp massager when I am washing my hair. My scalp has not felt better. It's not hard...very flexible points and feels rubbery. They're hard enough to help produce a great lather with shampoo but soft enough to not scratch the scalp too hard. I have a sensitive scalp so this did not cause any discomfort versus using my own fingers and nails. I still got a great clean and a massage all at the same time. Easy to hold. A game changer when washing my hair now.

Your scalp feels tingly, clean, and just better overall. Flakiness has gone down as well. It has 2 speed settings for you to choose from and the faster setting is what I use. Feels amazing, no durability issues so far, and it definitely leaves your head feeling better. Give it a shot!
