Venus Series Holiday Gift Set Caddy with Bonus Allure Subscription

The gift set is really old, and the packing was done in 2010, which I found out because all the gift coupons have expired in 2010! So, all the stuff that comes in the package, must be that old!

The products included are fine, but I've been trying to get the rebate for the free magazine subscription included with the gfit basket for over a month and having major problems. I sent in all the correct paperwork and three weeks later received a rejection letter that didn't make sense. I have called customer service for the magazine twice and am still waiting to get the refund. Very frustrated!

I ordered this because these are products I like and use. I knew it was a bit overpriced but i was ok with it because it came with a free subscription to Allure. HUH! you cannot get the free subscription. It was a holiday bonus and i tried to order it the day after Christmas. NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I will not be ordering anything like this again.

I purchased two of these gift sets (1 for me, and 1 for a grab bag gift). These are very nice gift sets, great value. Love the body wash. Smells so good and makes my skin nice and soft. Love the razor, gives me a nice close shave. My body has never been so smooth. :)

I primarily got the gift pack as a good buy for myself - about a standard price for a Venus razor, but included body wash, shaving cream, and a puff. It also had an Allure subscription, which I was told had the possiblity of having a rebate option instead of the subscription. I was prepared for that not to work, and just to select another magazine from the subscriptions offered. But the link to the the promo doesn't work AT ALL. Frustrating. I am thinking about complaining somehow, but not even sure where to go since the link doesn't even work. The actual products contained in the pack are fine, no problems there. I'm just frustrated that the whole deal didn't work as planned.
