Verizon LG 5600 Accolade Prepaid Wireless Cell Phone

I bought this phone my 5th grader for his after sport training pick up. Nothing fancy but useful, a piece of mind to know that you can reach him any time when he is not with you. I choose the paid by call plan and he only used one time=25 cents when he did bike ride with his buddy. No extra charge other than the air time. My son ask for more fancy touch screen phone like his classmate's one, I told him he had to buy it when he got his first job, otherwise go with dad's choice.

Great deal ,big bang for the buck. Works very well. I am very happy still learning all features.

The phone was at a good price, but in my opinion didnt offer alot of bells . I returned the phone unopened to the Walmart and purchased another brand. I will continue to use Walmart.com or go directly to the store for purchases. They have alot of good deals.

I give this phone a thumbs down, there is no full user manuel that comes with it ive searched google to try to find one no luck, theres no way that i know of to get yaahoomail or aim on it and it eats minutes while messaging or on the internet.what a piece of junk.

Not a smart phone but does not clam to be one. I went from a smart phone to this. Its not bad. Texting is a bit awkward but after a few days you get used to it. I've had alot of prepaid phones. Where you drop call's or don't get coverage in alot of little places. So far this one is great! We put it through a test. Drove out to where all the other phones would not pick up even iphones would not get a signal. This one did! We made some calls and it came in clear no cutting in and out. The cam is not the greatest but does a ok job. The menu layout is easy to get around in. For $20 its a good little phone. If you are looking for something simple and has great reception on the Verizon network this phone is it!
