Verizon Motorola G Stylus, 128GB

This phone has been crap since I got it. So I email for help and they ask questions and I answer them and don't hear nothing back so I call the first guy has me to try something and if don't work call back. Call back and the phone messed up while speaking to another person. So she then sends me to someone else. We do some resets and then I am told all she can do is have me to mail in the phone for repair. They can't send me a replacement because they don't have one in stock. I am sorry but that's not my fault that Motorola don't have a moto g stylus to replace mine. This has been going on for a while. Even though my phone is not working right, I still use it even if it takes me a bunch of calls. This is ridiculous. I bought this phone this year. What good is a warranty if you not going to have a phone to send. She tried telling me it was a 2020 model. I just bought it this year. It's not my fault that Motorola phone is crap but I have tho pay the penalty. I done lost one job over this stupid phone and had to move 2 hrs from my family to get another job, now your wanting me to lose all contact with them and trust that I will get my phone back fixed in 3 to 5 business days. At my last job, my boss thought I was living to him because I wouldn't get some msgs and I would others or the calls would come through some of the time. I didn't get a call one night when I was on call. I mean you can blame whatever you want but my Samsung phone never did this. The only thing any good I'd the camera.

This phone is SO nice honestly. It's a total upgrade from my old LG phone. It's easy to use, the camera is pretty decent, the battery life is incredible, the overall performance is just amazing, and since I had gotten it for free by switching over to another carrier, it was a million times worth it's price.

I bought this phone 3 months ago. Works good except for one big problem. It will not notify me when I get a text message. The sound notification will not work. Most of the time it will not show balloon notice. I have to check my phone to see if I have any messages. It's annoying.

I had this phone for about 2 years max. It never really satisfied what I was used to which was the Samsung Galaxy S series. I researched and got the Motorola that was supposed to have the best camera options. There was no comparison. I have recently gone back with the Galaxy.

When I decided to purchase the Moto G Stylus, I was certain that I would not actually use the stylus pen, but all of the other features were just what I wanted. I was wrong, but only about the pen. The stylus has come in handy many, many times. I am a diehard Moto fan. This is my fifth or sixth Moto. In fact, when my 97 year old mother passed away, she was still using her original issue Razr. I love that the 5G Stylus has ample memory and storage space, especially with an added SD card. It is fast, the screen size is generous. I am not an avid gamer, but I do play some games for relaxation and I absolutely love that I can mute the sound automatically when I am playing but not have to mess with the controls every time. To me the camera is amazing, especially for candid shots. The shutter is fast enough and the results are wonderful. The stereo sound is very much appreciated. All that being said, I do have some issue with the phone that I absolutely believe are simply issues with the individual phone that I received. My phone heats up a lot more often that I expect, just charging, and especially when receiving calls while charging. This never happened with any other moto I have owned and I have not seen it mentioned by any professional reviewers. Similarly, my screen flashes on occasion while using it. I get a lot of echoing during calls and sometimes the stereo sound is "tinny." Again, I do not believe these issues are common with this phone. I just got a lemon. Would I buy it again. In a heartbeat. My only regret is that I did not wait long enough to grab the newest 2021 Stylus. My next phone will definitely me a Moto.
