This is the second S10+ I have had in the last two months. The Bluetooth connection keeps dropping on my 2017 Ford F150. I DID NOT have this trouble with my S7 or an Iphone that I used with the same vehicle.

This phone has some very nice features like sound adjustments and adding personal ringtones. If I could delete Bixby and other items I will never use, I'd give it 5 Stars.

I am on my second S10+ in two months. The second phone has been back to get serviced once already and headed back to the store today. These phones have connection issues and frequently drop calls. I will have 5 bars on LTE and it will not connect to the internet, let me send text messages sometimes make phone calls. I would look elsewhere until Samsung comes up with an upgrade to fix these phones

I JUST BOUGHT THIS PHONE A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND I DONT LIKE IT. THE BATTERY LIFE IS SHORT AND THE POWER SAVE SETTINGS DONT HELP AND YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY GO IN AND CHANGE THE SETTING SO WHAT EVER APP YOUR NOT USING GOES TO SLEEP TIL I OPEN IT AGAIN. I'VE TRIED CHANGING OTHER SETTINGS BUT STILL LOSES BATTERY FAST. MY S8+ HANDS DOWN A BETTER PHONE.

Honestly, I was a Samsung fan, however ,after buying this phone I completely changed my mind. Thays the worst Samsung phone I've ever had. It takes 15 min to send my message. Sometimes when I send someone a text , I'm the one who receive my text back ( people dont get my text), it's like I'm sending it to myself. My viber and Skype dont work properly .....when I press" answer" button, it says " answering" for like 15 min and I can't talk or hear anything. Finger ID is horrible. Did my service check , troubleshooting and everything works fine. Hate this phone!!!
