Verizon Samsung Note10 256GB, Aura Glow

my last note phone was a 4. after it died i didn't think i would ever go back to a samsung product, but my lg g6, the phone that replaced the note 4 got damaged, the note was arriving on the scene. i took a look, forgave samsung, and was glad i hadn't experienced the note 7, i made the decision to go back to the note series. great decision on so many levels, but the best is how easy it makes my daily life, from writing notes with the included pen, to the conveniences of the large screen with the the curved edges. thank you samsung for bringing me back into the fold.

i've had this phone now for less than 6 months and the side button is almost broken , it doesn't even click like it's supposed to, my carrier wants me to pay a deductible to get it fixed not even six months this is ridiculous, this should be covered.

i really enjoy the device overall. great camera - really visible difference from the note 8 size - just right speaker - also noticeably better than the 8, much more powerful power button - i liked it better on the right vs on the left. it makes certain tasks awkward being on the same side as the volume button. headphone jack - why get rid of it? i would like to have the option of wireless or bluetooth headphones. mic - has suffered in quality from the 8. lots of complaints that this new mic isn't picking me up during calls. can't use speaker effectively on calls. I bought this note 10 about 2 weeks ago. I have been a long time Samsung Galaxy user. I'm not 100% happy with the changes in this iteration. Some of my apps have not worked as well as they were working on my older phone (could be the apps' fault, but Samsung should be aware of the issue).

This is a 5-star flagship device with excellent and plentiful features. There is just about everything you would need in a phone built in here. I used this device for months before going to an S10e for the smaller form-factor, and when switching back I did not use the headphone jack once - I would not consider the lack of a jack as a negative for most users. The phone has a flagship-grade processor, 8GB of fast RAM, 256GB of super fast storage, an amazing display panel, the best S-pen to date, and the best cameras out there. I would only recommend adding a microSD card in the future.
