Verizon Wireless Motorola Moto E5 Play 16GB Prepaid Smartphone, Black + Airtime Bundle

I bought this phone in May 2020 it is now August and for the last month and half I've had nothing but trouble, when talking to someone they all of a sudden can't hear me. When trying to open an app I constantly get messages saying app not responding, please close, wait or report to website. I have to be careful as when carrying the phone cause it will dial a number by itself. This is the worse Motorola phone ice ever had and I have only purchased Motorola E5's for the last 7 yrs. Very very disappointed in this phone

Mic quit right after the return period ended go figure. Junk same thing happened to a friend, why doesnt Walmart honor a return??

I purchased 2 as Christmas gifts for my boys, they luv it, I like hw it has the fingerprint reader for maximum protection

I dont know if its the weak signal of the phone or the second rate network but my calls constantly drop . Very annoying and frustrating. I have to go outside my house to get any reception at all. A salesman at the local Verizon store told me prepaid phones get second rate choice on available cell towers after contract customers. Dont know if thats true but the phone reception is horrible and I've tried two of them.

Screen size and the clearity of the pics. Moto are good phones. I have owned several in the past 25 yrs.
