I wish I would have taken a picture of the before picture the aquarium had gotten a bit of algae and build up on the tank since I was not feeling well and couldn't take the best vare of the tank the week I usually wash it. I really am really surprised it cleared the water so well. I realized after 2 Hours the filter collected all the debris after I cleaned the tank. This filter is really easy to apply to the tank. I would highly recommend.

It came already being installed but I pulled it out and put it back in just to see how it needs to be done. Super easy. Second of all, It removes debris and particles pretty well and keeps aquarium odor free for a good ten days. I would recommend to have water run through the filter cartridge before you place it into aquarium within the filter.
