Great tie out for the money. We use ours to tie out Mr. Finley our 65 lb dog. There is a turn buckle on each end to keep the chain from knotting up. The chain last for a long time. we generally replace it twice a year. For the price it is a great option.
This chain broke almost immediately upon tying my dog out on a yard stake. The links themselves aren't the issue, but the connector hardware is pitifully weak and wasn't able to withstand me pulling on it slightly; it would stand no chance against an excitable 85 lb dog. Pass on this one and look for something sturdier
