Regardless of my sleeping position (supine or side lying) the mattress conforms perfectly to my sleeping posture. After more than two weeks, I can already feel improvement in my joints, where previously I was experiencing back pain. The bed supports a back sleeper and I sleep on my back, stomach and sides - which is not supported. The firmness is good and it holds its shape. I don't always get a good nights sleep if I attempt to sleep on my side.
