I tale then about 1 hour before bedtime and It helps me fall asleep fast and stay asleep. I do not wake up feeling groggy in the morning after either. They taste great as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great way to get a good nights sleep. No grogginess the next day, taste is fine and they're easy to chew. I think they have more sugar than I prefer but it was fine and I haven't developed a habit lol. They're helpful for sleep for us.

I like how they have melatonin, chamomile and lavender. The best part though, was that I did not wake up groggy and I felt very refreshed. I wish the wall that they did not contain corn syrup or red 40 dye.

I took them like 1/2 hour before bed and was out like a light with in minutes of hitting the pillows. I slept really good and didn't wake up sleepy or anything.
