[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I must say that I am menopausal. My sleep disorder stems from this condition. I wake up often throughout the night due to a servere rise in body temperature. This very well may be a good product, although it is simply not enough to keep me sleeping. I did feel a slight touch drowsy 35 minutes after taking the product, but that may be because I am very sleep deprived anyway. Will not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid had no effect on me. It may have been due to the fact that only a small sample is provided, and so the effectiveness of the product could not be tested. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can usually only take a sleep aid a couple times a week but when I took the zzzquil night time sleep aid but after using it a couple times I found that I had to use it more than just a couple of nights a week. Going back to my regular routine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used ZzzQuil for the first time before a stressful day, and thought it helped with my sleep pattern tremendously. I then used it a second time, and felt the Nighttime Sleep-Aid did not work as well. The third time I used the sleep aid, I wanted to see if it was just that night that had not worked, but I found I still woke multiple times throughout the night. I am skeptical if this product actually works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this Zzzquil Night time Sleep aid and it aided nothing I didn't fall asleep. I felt like I was in limbo sleepy but not sleep. Seems like you get to the verge of sleep but nothing no zzz's for me.
