Vicks ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep Aid, Non-Habit Forming, Fall Asleep Fast and Wake Refreshed, 12 Count LiquiCaps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the reccomended dosage of one ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid before bed. It is supposed to help you fall asleep, however i did not notice it helping me fall asleep. I also woke up several different times during the night, so maybe next time ill have to double up on the dosage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this ZzzQuil Nighttime sleep-aid before and it may be a great product if you didn't have a lot of trouble falling asleep. Some nights I'll be up for hours and this product doesn't seem to do the job for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did seem to take it an awful ling time to start making me sleepy. It was well over an hour after I took it before I felt sleepy. I don't take a lot of medicine but sometimes you have to get some rest. It doesn't leave you groggy or feeling run down once you get up. You are up and on your way. That was nice. I do plan on getting some for in case of needed rest.

The product did work well it is just not enough yo keep me asleep at night. Would be perfect for someone who only has a mild sleeping issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like ZzzQuil Nighttime SleepAid because this is basically like taking a Benadryl. It doesn't have a lot of stuff in it, but the diphenhydramine is enough to knock me out for a couple hours. I wish it would keep me asleep a full 8, but it lasted about 4 hours before I woke up which was nice and it helped me to fall asleep much quicker than normal. I like that it didn't make me groggy the next day like other sleepaids. I will use again.
