The flavor actually was good and tasted like peach. And I did feel more energy. Not sure if that was from the gummy itself or my mind playing tricks on me but I definitely would recommend these.

I was a little skeptical about taking Everyday Energy and thought it was not going to work, but I've decided to give it a try. Boy was I wrong! On the first day I took this, I've noticed a slight change in my morning routine. I wasn't as sluggish while getting ready for work, I didn't feel like I didn't get any sleep and I wasn't dosing off at work. I have been taking this for two weeks now and the results are amazing. I do not have to wait for the third, yes third alarm to go off to just get out of the bed. I am up and alert and ready to get the day started. Caffeine doesn't help me, so I was hoping the vitamins would work. Overall, I would recommend them if you need a boost of caffeine, but it's not for me.
