I have noticed my skin has a glow and I feel a lot more comfortable not wearing makeup. I also love the ease of chewing gummies versus swallowing pills. The pills have a delicious pomegranate taste which make it hard just to take the serving size !

So every morning I took 4 gummies as instructed and so far, I have not seen any improvements. I guess I have to take them at least for 3 months to see something. Overall they are some good gummies.

A serving is 4 gummies daily- which I thought initially might be difficult- but these are easy to take. They don't leave a noticeable aftertaste, either. I definitely will continue these past the months supply so I can reap the benefits of healthier skin and improved fine lines.
