I was pleased with the flavor and I feel like they worked just like my regular vitamins. I didn't feel any added energy but I feel that is hard to tell. They are easy to chew and take! It is not stuck between my teeth, but not too hard to chew. I like it has B12 and B vitamins. I usually takes those vitamins for my energy metabolism support with multivitamin gummies, but I think I will continue to take this multi+energy gummies because it has all I want to take.
