Vitafusion PMS, Gummy

I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall mood and also with my bloating. The size of these is just right and they are not too chewy. I like the berry flavor as well. I will continue to purchase these to help me feel consistent throughout the month and keep me happy!

I love that they are in gummy form so makes it easy to take by just chewing 2 gummies a day. It has a blueberry & lavender flavor which I really like. I was looking for something to help my horrible PMS but wanted it to be more natural. When I found these, I couldn't wait to try these. The blueberry flavor is sweet and light. This product helped with my bloating. I felt a bit more at ease during this week too. I'm glad this was available during the time I needed it the most. No artificial sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup, no gluten, and tons of wonderful, natural ingredients. I plan on using this and feel like next month won't be as hard as it normally is.

I've never taken anything to help with PMS before, besides regular pain medicine, so this was new to me. I didn't notice a huge difference in my symptoms, BUT I will give it the benefit of the doubt, because I didn't have major PMS symptoms this month. It tends to vary month to month and this particular time it just wasn't bad. So I plan to try it again before making my full opinion.
