I absolutely love this product and I definitely notice a difference when I'm not taking it. I started this product a few months ago and only used one bottle of it (I'm bad at remembering to take pills) and then did not reorder up until a month ago when I started taking it regularly again. I am sleeping better, feel better, and less stress and anxiety. Just overall feel great. I will continue to use this product regularly. You can't put a price on health. Only downside of the product is that it doesn't smell the best and it does turn urine bright yellow.

These replaced a few of my other supplements I had been taking to help manage my anxiety and energy levels. The ingredient list is definitely better than the other ones I had been taking and these pills are easy to swallow. I started taking one right before bed to see how they would effect me and in the morning I woke up with a noticeable difference in my mood.

I recommend this product to anyone with stress and anxiety. After a few days I realized it was better for me to take two capsules in the evening for better sleep. If I took two in the day I would feel sleepy so if I take it in the day I only take one capsule instead of two.

If you're not taking any multivitamins, I would recommend starting with this one as it has a lot of important key minerals to help regulate the body. If you are taking any multivitamins I would alternate between the two daily. I love the smell of these vitamins, and they didn't have a taste when consuming. I would recommend.

High quality supplement with daily adequate amounts of a variety of vitamins, minerals and herbal extracts such as ashwaghanda. This easy to swallow supplement also gave noticeable energy increase and reduced fatigued. I would definitely purchase again!
